This Orders & Returns Policy explains how to return MBK Sports products purchased on mbksports.net.
1. Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we generally cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with original tags and packaging where applicable. We may refuse returns that show wear, odor, damage, or missing components.
3. Non-returnable items
Unless required by law, we do not accept returns of: final-sale / clearance items marked as such, intimate or sanitary goods (if offered), gift cards, or items damaged by misuse after delivery. Personalized or custom-made items (if offered) are also non-returnable.
4. How to start a return
Email kelly@mbksports.net with your order number, the item(s) to return, and the reason. We will confirm whether the return is approved and provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
5. Return shipping
Unless we sent the wrong item or a defective product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable method; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges from the original order are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Affirm/Klarna refunds follow those providers’ timelines after we process the refund.
7. Exchanges
We do not guarantee size/color exchanges in a single shipment. For a different size or color, return the original item for a refund and place a new order (subject to stock).
8. Damaged or defective on arrival
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund for verified defects or shipping damage.
